The upper computer system inside the cabinet conducts regular status polling on various components such as electromagnetic locks, scanners, coin operated devices, temperature control modules, etc. Once an abnormality is detected (such as door jamming, equipment offline, sensor failure, etc.), the system immediately generates a fault code and stores it in the upper computer, ready to report.

Multi dimensional fault type coverage
The system can automatically identify multiple types of faults, such as:
Hardware abnormalities: electromagnetic lock opening and closing failure, scanner malfunction, cooling failure, etc;
Environmental risks: power outages, fire detection, temperature/humidity exceeding standards;
Network interruption: Communication module disconnected or offline. The fault information will be accompanied by specific type codes for remote problem location.

Heartbeat mechanism and cloud synchronization
The storage cabinet regularly sends a "heartbeat" signal to the cloud server, carrying the current status code. If the device is running abnormally, the heartbeat packet will automatically contain a fault code; If the cloud timeout does not receive a heartbeat, it will be determined as an offline fault and an alarm will be triggered.

Real time monitoring of door status
Real time monitoring of box door status through door detectors or electronic lock sensors. If the door is not tightly closed, opened illegally, or timed out and not closed, the system will immediately generate an alarm event and upload it to the cloud.

User side linkage reporting
If a fault is triggered during user operation (such as the box door not being able to open after entering a password), the problem can be directly reported through the mobile app or operation interface, and the data will be synchronized to the remote server. Maintenance personnel can remotely investigate or schedule on-site repairs based on this.
